OCTOBER 25, 2017 — On Saturday, October 21, staff of Nature NB spent the day with members of the Jacquet River Nature Club, the Restigouche Nature Club and residents of Eel River Bar exploring what the area has to offer! In the morning, eager birders went on a shorebird observation walk. Although chilly, the weather didn’t deter folks from exploring the beach for birds.

We were fortunate enough to have the Eel River First Nation provide us with a delicious lunch, as well as a tour of the aboriginal gardens before spending the afternoon hiking the trails!
